Job description
As an AI Product Owner / Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-driven and AI-powered solutions that create real business impact. Acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will shape product vision, translate complex requirements into actionable insights, and ensure that innovative digital solutions deliver measurable value across the organization.
You will work in a cross-functional, international environment and contribute directly to Bosch’s digital transformation journey.
Your contribution to something big:
- Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap by collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical experts.
- Analyze business needs (industrial, financial, or other domains) and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements for development and data engineering teams.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and return on investment (ROI).
- Define success metrics, monitor the performance of AI solutions, and communicate results transparently to stakeholders.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that solutions meet user needs and provide a seamless experience.
- Facilitate effective collaboration and communication across business, design, and development teams within an agile setup.
What distinguishes you:
Education
- Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on process analysis, project management, or technology.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Experience with AI, data-driven, or digital solutions is a strong advantage.
Know-how
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with requirements and backlog management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Languages
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Additional languages are considered a plus.
