Job description
- Build and manage strong business relationships with accounts through regular engagements with the relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and lead business reviews with accounts, analyzing performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities
- Pitch different products, services, and other commercial initiatives and negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Collaborate very closely with teams from other departments to assist in delivering excellent end-to-end merchant service delivery and response to market trends and needs
- Resolve any issues and problems of your merchants and act as a link between your customers and the internal teams
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase performance and market share within assigned key accounts
- Monitor account performance against KPIs and prepare regular reports and insights for management review
- Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic account planning and recommendations
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Preferably at least 3-5 years of sales and account management experience in the FMCG or e-Commerce industry.
- Great interpersonal, communication, and strong negotiation skills
- Showcases passion and leadership. Team player and self motivated.
- Strong organizational & analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment.
