We are launching an aggressive 90-day hiring sprint to place 220 providers for the 2026-2027 school year and need experienced healthcare recruiters to join our team. The Role You will be an independent contract recruiter (1099) working exclusively for Thrive for 90 days. You will own a specific set of roles and geographies, sourcing and placing 25-35 providers during the engagement. This is a high-intensity, high-reward opportunity for experienced recruiters who thrive in sprint environments.
