Recovery Officer (Mashreq Global Network)

Candidate will be assigned a portfolio of delinquent/ changed off accounts and they will be required to analyze and follow up on these accounts allocated with the objective of maximizing recoveries from each case and assist the customer to settle their overdue/unpaid liabilities. Ensure that due process is followed during follow-up and customers are treated fairly and always with due respect.
