Billing Specialist III - 18-Month Limited Term Employment

The Billing Specialist III will assist with the timely invoicing of National Shipbuilding Strategy (NSS) programs by validating costs and the preparation of applicable backup. The role will also support with the ESS time-keeping input for both hourly and salary employees. The Billing Specialist III must demonstrate strong organizational abilities, intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, and a solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility are essential for success in this role. Although this is a limited-term position, there is potential for the role to transition into a full-time permanent position following the 18-month term.
