At NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER, precision in presentation is everything. As a Size & Fit Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every product is showcased with accuracy, consistency, and a deep understanding of how garments truly fit and perform. Working at the heart of our Milan Studio on a permanent basis, you’ll collaborate with styling, production, and editorial teams to bring clarity and confidence to our customers’ shopping experience - translating the nuances of fit, fabric, and silhouette into best-in-class digital content. Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40hrs per week, On-site)

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

• Own and manage the end-to-end Size & Fit workflow across multiple categories and brands.
• Review product selections ahead of shoots, identifying potential fit or sizing risks early.
• Assess garments and request alternative sizes where needed to ensure optimal fit on model.
• Ensure full alignment with brand-specific and category-specific sizing guidelines and requirements.
• Research products and benchmark against brand websites to maintain consistency in fit notes and presentation.
• Produce clear, accurate size & fit commentary, reflecting garment construction, fabric, and intended silhouette.
• Partner closely with Styling and Studio teams on set, acting as the go-to expert for fit-related decisions.
• Resolve fit challenges during shoots, including model changes or styling adjustments when required.
• Oversee and coordinate reshoots related to size, fit, or presentation standards.
• Conduct final checks post-publication to ensure all size & fit information is accurate, consistent, and correctly displayed online.

The type of person we are looking for:

• Degree in Fashion, Styling, or a related field (strong advantage).
• Proven experience in product development, garment technology, or a similar role within fashion.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and international sizing systems.
• A sharp eye for detail, with a strong aesthetic sensibility aligned to luxury fashion.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.
