Job description

Provides operational support to the Senior Analyst, Master Data and Steward, Master Data of a given domain by performing assigned master data tasks and assisting with project activities.
Liaises with business process stakeholders. Contributes to constant improvement in the quality of master data.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, resolve system issues
  • Perform user acceptance testing
  • Generate KPI reports
  • Conducts master data quality audits and implement corrective and preventative actions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
  • Supports standardize data design, naming, and consistent data definitions
  • Monitor and audit master data and remediate issues
  • Provides operational support and guidance for consistent master data workflow
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS applications
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills, oral and written communication skills
  • General understanding of cAPPs tools and ECC systems
  • 2-3+ years of operational experience with specific knowledge of a given Master Data domain, data governance, and related business processes
  • Understanding of the interaction of fields across master data domains in SAP
