Provides operational support to the Senior Analyst, Master Data and Steward, Master Data of a given domain by performing assigned master data tasks and assisting with project activities.
Liaises with business process stakeholders. Contributes to constant improvement in the quality of master data.

Responsibilities

Investigate, troubleshoot, resolve system issues
Perform user acceptance testing
Generate KPI reports
Conducts master data quality audits and implement corrective and preventative actions
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
Supports standardize data design, naming, and consistent data definitions
Monitor and audit master data and remediate issues
Provides operational support and guidance for consistent master data workflow

Bachelors Degree
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS applications
Excellent phone and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills, oral and written communication skills
General understanding of cAPPs tools and ECC systems
2-3+ years of operational experience with specific knowledge of a given Master Data domain, data governance, and related business processes
Understanding of the interaction of fields across master data domains in SAP
