THE POSITION

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Acquisition Strategy to own and lead our offer Sportsbook strategy and execution, using data-driven decision making and commercial judgement to maximize new customer activation and value. This is a high-impact role with end-to-end ownership of one of our most critical growth levers, with the opportunity to materially influence business outcomes for FanDuel Group.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Own the end-to-end acquisition offer strategy, defining how offers drive customer acquisition, conversion, and value across key moments and segments
- Own offer investment and commercial outcomes, setting targets for value in, CPA, payback, and ROI, and actively managing spend and trade-offs to deliver against those targets
- Own the execution of all acquisition offers, ensuring they are delivered accurately, on time, and consistently across all channels and customer touchpoints
- Own Refer-a-Friend as a core acquisition channel, including strategy, performance, and scaling of referral-driven growth
- Own the testing and optimization roadmap for offers, running structured experiments and making clear decisions to scale, iterate, or stop based on results
- Own cross-functional alignment on offer strategy and delivery, ensuring media, product, and lifecycle teams are coordinated and executing against a unified plan
- Own performance visibility and accountability for offers, defining how performance is measured, establishing reporting cadence, and holding teams accountable to outcomes and delivery against targets
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team responsible for offer strategy and execution, setting a high bar for commercial thinking, pace, and accountability
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 5+ years of experience in commercial, digital or growth marketing with a focus on consumer acquisition preferred
- 2+ years of managerial or mentorship experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field (or other relevant discipline) preferred
- Proven Growth mindset; Product led, data driven, and highly creative
- Proficient in a range of tools across the marketing stack (Amplitude, Adjust, GA, Chartio, Optimizely)
- Results oriented, with the need to be objective and measure performance
- Metrics driven and continuously seeking improvement of marketing efforts to increase quality and productivity
- Track record of delivering business outcomes
- Strong analytical rigor to your decision making
- Ability and eagerness to effectively balance the big-picture strategic work with execution
- Customer focused
- Interest in the Online Gaming Industry preferred

The applicable salary range for this position is $127,000 - $159,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
