AthenaPsych is a New York State mental health-approved provider of community mental health services for children, adults, and families with behavioral and emotional challenges. We specialize in individual and group psychotherapy for clients with a focus on trauma-informed care. Are you a good fit? The Human Resources Intern will support the Human Resources department in various functions, including new hire orientation, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in Human Resources operations, contributing to the smooth execution of onboarding processes, employee compliance, and team initiatives. The intern will assist in fostering a positive work environment while gaining valuable skills in Human Resources management.
