Auto Finance Sales Training Lead

Help build the next generation of sales talent. Lendbuzz is looking for a hands-on training leader to help shape how our field sales team learns, grows, and performs. This role is best suited for someone with experience in automotive retail training, dealership sales, F&I, or auto finance. This is not a traditional L&D role. We are looking for someone who understands dealerships, lender relationships, and how field reps succeed. If you can coach from real-world experience and help new hires ramp quickly, we want to hear from you. Based at our Boston HQ, this role will lead onboarding and field-readiness training for Account Managers.
