Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating, and executing events that leave a lasting impact. You will support our events team in delivering seamless experiences for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and client events.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
Support on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Prepare event materials, presentations, and reports.
Maintain accurate records of events, budgets, and attendee feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Previous experience in event coordination is a plus.
