We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of internal and external communications strategies, collaborate across departments, and help maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice. Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of communication strategies aligned with company goals

  • Draft, edit, and proofread internal updates, press releases, memos, and presentations

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between departments and external partners

  • Maintain and update messaging calendars, communication briefs, and style guides

  • Assist in organizing company events, announcements, and employee engagement initiatives

  • Track communication performance metrics and generate reports for leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and time management

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools (e.g., email platforms, CMS, project management tools)
