Nexmos Design is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Service Account Coordinator to join our operations team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure service requests, timelines, and deliverables are met with precision. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Coordinate service delivery schedules and ensure all commitments are met

  • Track ongoing project progress, deliverables, and client communications

  • Collaborate with design and operations teams to resolve client inquiries efficiently

  • Prepare service reports, update CRM records, and ensure documentation accuracy

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal workflow

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in client service, account coordination, or administrative support

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first mindset
