Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.

  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.

  • Provide product and service information to customers.

  • Monitor and follow up on open customer issues to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications
