We are currently seeking a Product Account Coordinator to support our growing client portfolio. This role serves as a vital link between our internal teams and clients, managing timelines, coordinating product deliverables, and ensuring overall satisfaction with project outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple product accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned product accounts

  • Coordinate and track product development timelines, milestones, and deliverables

  • Communicate client needs to internal departments to ensure accurate execution

  • Assist in preparing reports, product documentation, and status updates

  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or delays

  • Ensure quality control and client satisfaction throughout each project cycle

  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and production teams to align goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in account coordination, product management, or client services

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

  • Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
