Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing strategic campaigns and coordinating project activities. This role requires a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain and update marketing materials, documents, and reports.
Support the creation and distribution of promotional content and client communications.
Track campaign performance and compile reports on key metrics.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign development.
Help organize promotional events and coordinate logistics as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a marketing support role preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow within the company.
