We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services

  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and a problem-solving attitude

  • Maintain and update customer records in the database

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and follow up on customer concerns

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
