Compliance Analyst

We currently have a 7-month secondment opportunity for Compliance Analyst to join our Risk & Compliance team. The Compliance Analyst will play a key role in supporting the identification and management of compliance activities with the Leadership Team and broader business.

How will you support our “Why?”

• Assist the Compliance team in supporting the management and testing of compliance assurance activities and outcomes with the Leadership Team and the Mid-Tier.
• To be the initial point of contact for compliance related matters for project Gamay.
• Assist in the development and revision of critical regulatory compliance obligations and artefacts.
• Support the Leadership Team and broader business in the ongoing management of our growing number of compliance obligations and the relevant assurance controls.
• Support the ongoing development of risk, compliance, and assurance capability across the business.
• Ensuring risk and compliance owners and managers are informed of changes or influencing factors to their risks/ compliance obligations.
• Convert complex matters and assurance findings and recommendations into easy-to-read reports for stakeholders with clear actions.
