Our Lead Infrastructure Engineer role is a pivotal position within our Integration team, responsible for driving the development, deployment, and management of AWS-based solutions. Key Responsibilities Build, deploy, and manage solutions on the AWS platform, including tasks such as cloud architecture development, infrastructure management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) like CloudFormation, automation (CI/CD pipelines), performance optimization, cost management, and security implementation. Apply deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) and cloud security guidelines to improve our cloud infrastructure. Configure and manage monitoring and reporting capabilities using CloudWatch, SNS, etc. Set up multi-region configurations and Disaster Recovery solutions. Mitigate cloud vulnerabilities and provide robust security measures. Conduct peer reviews of code and solutions to ensure high standards. Enhance and improve existing IaC implementations. Lead epic stories and tasks within the scrum team, ensuring successful implementation of projects. Skills and Expectations Preferred background in File Transfer technology such as File Gateway and GoAnywhere. Strong understanding of AWS cloud ecosystems and platforms. Experience with AWS Organization and cloud governance. Proficiency in Python coding is required. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to lead initiatives and deliver results independently. Adherence to guidelines and standards. Great teammate with the ability to help and guide peers. Self-starter and independent worker who is quick to learn. Qualifications Education and Certifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. Any AWS certification. AWS Certified Developer Associate (preferred). AWS Certified DevOps Engineer (required). AWS Certified Solutions Architect (preferred).
