SQL Server Database Administrator

We are looking for an experienced professional to join a dynamic team and take on responsibilities in database administration within complex environments. If you are passionate about optimization, performance analysis, and problem-solving, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration of MS SQL Server databases (System & Application) in highly complex platforms.
• Performance analysis and tuning (System & Application).
• Diagnosis, analysis, and monitoring of operational issues.
• Backup management using Veritas NetBackup and Commvault.

• More than 3 years of experience as an MS SQL Server Database Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and complex architectures (e.g., AlwaysOn Clusters, replication solutions).
• Basic knowledge of Transact-SQL (T-SQL).
• Experience with MS Windows Server and Linux.
• Skills in Infrastructure Management and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and SMAX tools from a user perspective.
• Experience in critical environments and ability to work under pressure is highly valued.

• Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office).
• Location: Picoas, Lisboa.
