Working under supervision of Director of Facilities Management and Transportation Coordinator, the RV Driver will follow varying schedules to provide RV use and security for Health Partners Plans events. The RV driver will work closely with Community Relations, Marketing and Medicare as well as Director of Facilities Management to update on schedule.

Summary
Working under supervision of Director of Facilities Management and Transportation Coordinator, the RV Driver will follow varying schedules to provide RV use and security for Health Partners Plans events. The RV driver will work closely with Community Relations, Marketing and Medicare as well as Director of Facilities Management to update on schedule.

Job Duties
  • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
  • During events/activities in assisting Community Engagement with set up.
  • Check gas, oil, and tires on regular basis.
  • Clean vehicle as necessary and work with Transportation Coordinator in keeping up with all routine maintenance and maintaining a log of all repairs.
  • Assist departments when RV is needed for events.
  • Responsible for being safety and security of HPP staff and vehicles.
  • Act as backup to Transportation Coordinator with Driver/Courier duties.
  • Assist Director of Facilities as needed when not scheduled for any events with the recreational vehicle.
  • Assist with special projects assigned by Director of Facilities.
  • Work with Transportations Coordinator with biannual Fixed Asset Report.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5 years driving large vehicles.
  • Knowledge of communities served by Health Partners Plans within PA, NJ, and Delaware.
  • Able to work well with others.
  • Proven ability to work within diverse populations.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds routinely.
  • Clean driving record
  • DL - Driver's License_PA - State of Pennsylvania

Lift over 50 lbs. Push/pull up to 140 lbs. Carry 80 lbs. short distances. Frequent standing/walking, squatting, kneeling, crawling, climbing and reaching overhead.
