JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Penn State Altoona is accepting applications from students to work part-time as a Recreation Attendant at the Adler Athletic Complex.
- Distribution and inventory of equipment, general cleaning and maintenance, maintain safety and cleanliness in the weight room and fitness loft areas.
- Recreational and intramural events set up and operations.
- Read, follow, and enforce rules and guidelines found in the Adler Athletic Complex Student Employee Handbook.
- Individuals should be customer service oriented, attentive to safety details, and act in professional manner.
- Ability to lift/push/carry weight equipment; with or without accommodations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- May require the ability to work in an outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions including extreme heat and cold
