This is a high-impact role where you will shape product strategy, influence go-to-market execution, and directly contribute to portfolio growth across Canada.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead Canadian New Product Initiative (NPI) planning and product launch execution

  • Evaluate and recommend new products for the Henry Schein Products portfolio

  • Conduct market, sales, and margin analysis to identify growth opportunities

  • Develop product positioning and promotional strategies

  • Support sales and marketing teams with product messaging, training, and campaign tools

  • Set SKU and product family pricing strategies to optimize margin and growth

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and Vendor partners

  • Drive sales enablement initiatives to support revenue growth and market share expansion

  • Support events focused on HSP with product recommendations and collateral development

  • Support and participate in National trade shows representing HSP and occasional dental fests.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a corporate, matrixed environment
  • Background in product marketing, category management, or similar commercial role
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or Finance
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel-based reporting and data analysis
  • Financial acumen with understanding of pricing, margins, and product performance
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in healthcare, distribution, or B2B product environments is an asset
  • Advanced to expert Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)

*This position is based in our Niagara-on-the-Lake Corporate Head Office, and follows a hybrid work model, with occasional travel as required and/or directed.

Compensation: The posted range for this position is $62,000 – $75,000, which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, location/labour market, internal equity, etc
