Job description

Minor Hotels Australasia is currently undertaking a large-scale Workday implementation and is looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to support PMO activities, testing cycles, and integrations across the program.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will play a key part in keeping project activities on track, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned, and supporting delivery through to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end project activities across testing, integrations, and PMO support to ensure key milestones are achieved
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and stakeholder engagement across HR, Finance, vendors, and implementation partners
  • Oversee testing cycles, including planning, progress tracking, defect resolution, and status reporting
  • Support integration and data activities by tracking dependencies, liaising with vendors, and maintaining visibility of progress
  • Assist with go-live readiness, including coordinating activities and tracking issues through to resolution

This is a part-time fixed term position (0.8 FTE) with an end date of 30th September 2026.
Immediate start available.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Experience in Project Coordination, PMO support, or system implementation environments
  • Workday implementation experience highly regarded
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Experience supporting testing cycles, system integrations, or change activities
  • High attention to detail with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
