How will you make an impact?

The position will own the global SIOP process and lead its next phase of maturity for the division. This role will build the capabilities, governance, analytics, and cross-functional routines required to standardize and facilitate monthly SIOP and weekly S&OE across sales, product management, demand planning, supply planning, production, sourcing, finance, and logistics.

This leader will transform SIOP into a best-in-class, financially integrated decision process that improves customer fulfillment, inventory health, working capital, resilience, and profitability across the end-to-end supply chain.

Priority outcomes for this role include:

  • SIOP Development:  Design, implement, and institutionalize a best‑in‑class SIOP operating model that translates business strategy and the operating plan into a financially reconciled cross‑functional plan—balancing demand, supply, inventory, and working capital to enable leadership trade‑off decisions and consistently deliver service, revenue, margin, and cash objectives.

  • Financial reconciliation maturity: Progress monthly reconciliation from volume-based views to standard cost impact, revenue tie-out, and margin-focused decision support, creating one integrated view for operations and finance.

  • Scenario-driven decision support: Build decision packages for leadership that quantify trade-offs across customer fulfillment, working capital, inventory, revenue, margin, expediting, and supply risk.

  • AI-enabled planning: Identify and scale practical AI-enabled capabilities that improve forecast quality, planner productivity, exception management, risk sensing, and decision speed.

  • Supplier collaboration: Strengthen supply assurance through key supplier SIOP / business reviews, improved supplier-facing forecasts, and contractual capacity and supply coverage for strategic materials.

What will you do?

  • Influence and guide implementation of the Division's SIOP strategy at the business unit level; manage all aspects of the SIOP process while contributing to customer satisfaction, product availability, inventory management, and attainment of financial goals.

  • Build, standardize, maintain, and facilitate a robust monthly SIOP process, including the development of weekly S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) standards and governance.

  • Drive demand, supply, inventory, and capacity alignment through a cross-functional process that connects operational plans with financial plans.

  • Own the SIOP maturity roadmap and ensure the process is embedded and sustained at site, commercial, and division levels.

  • Lead integrated reconciliation and executive review processes; translate operational plans into financial implications, with progression from units / volume to cost, revenue, and margin.

  • Develop scenario-based decision packages for leadership that quantify the impact of supply, demand, sourcing, and inventory options on fulfillment, revenue, working capital, margin, cost, and risk.

  • Communicate SIOP outputs, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions with CSD leadership to help drive revenue, profitability, CAS, and working capital performance.

  • Partner with sourcing / procurement and suppliers to improve supplier-facing forecast quality, launch key supplier SIOP and collaboration forums, and strengthen contractual coverage, flexibility, and continuity plans for strategic materials.

  • Own SIOP dashboards, analytics, and KPI reporting in Power BI or similar tools, partnering with IT and digital teams as needed.

  • Identify, pilot, and scale pragmatic AI-enabled use cases across the supply chain, including forecast signal refinement, supply risk sensing, exception prioritization, and decision automation.

  • Work cross-functionally to support supply chain priorities within the business units and division; as necessary, lead projects that close gaps, improve resilience, and capitalize on opportunities.
