Job description

Join us at Entrust

At Entrust, we’re shaping the future of identity centric security solutions. From our comprehensive portfolio of solutions to our flexible, global workplace, we empower careers, foster collaboration, and build solutions that help keep the world moving safely.

Get to Know Us

Headquartered in Minnesota, Entrust is an industry leader in identity-centric security solutions, serving over 150 countries with cutting-edge, scalable technologies. But our secret weapon? Our people. It’s the curiosity, dedication, and innovation that drive our success and help us anticipate the future.

The Opportunity

Are you a data-driven strategist who loves untangling complex processes? We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team as a key architect of our go-to-market efficiency.

In this role, you won’t just manage data—you’ll translate it into a roadmap for growth. You will be the primary owner of our Territory Management strategy, ensuring that our SDRs, Direct Sales, Channel Partners, and Customer Success teams are positioned for maximum impact. If you have a knack for "data storytelling" and a passion for optimizing the modern RevOps tech stack, we want to hear from you.

Your Core Mission

1. Strategic Territory & Quota Management

  • Design & Balance: Build sales territories that balance capacity with revenue opportunity across multiple product lines and channels.

  • Optimize Assignments: Partner with Sales and Channel leadership to ensure territory structures drive peak efficiency.

  • Model Success: Own and maintain our Quota models, assessing the impact of new initiatives on our bottom line.

  • Define the Rules: Maintain clear documentation of sales processes and territory rules, ensuring all stakeholders stay informed and aligned.

2. Process & Tech Stack Evolution

  • Identify Gaps: Proactively hunt for process bottlenecks and lead cross-functional projects (with Finance, Legal, and Tech teams) to bridge them.

  • Audit Compliance: Monitor Account and Opportunity assignments to ensure rules are followed and monthly compensation is calculated with 100% accuracy.

  • Innovate: Evaluate and integrate new technologies and data sources to enhance our data quality and actionability.

3. Data-Driven Storytelling

  • Uncover Trends: Analyze sales and partner data to identify hidden opportunities for revenue growth.

  • Visualize Insights: Create compelling dashboards and reports that make complex performance metrics easy for leadership to digest and act upon.

What You Bring to the Table

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Math, etc.).

  • Experience: 4–6 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a highly analytical business role.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.

  • Communication: An ability to translate "technical speak" into clear, actionable business terms.

  • Legal: Unrestricted work authorization for the country of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Expert: High proficiency in Salesforce administration or reporting.

  • Data Viz Pro: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Specialized Knowledge: Proven track record of managing territories and quotas in complex, multi-channel environments.

  • Tech Stack Savvy: Hands-on experience with tools for data enrichment, prospecting, conversation intelligence, and intent data.

Why Join Us?

We offer a collaborative environment where your insights directly influence company strategy. This is a hybrid role, allowing you the flexibility of working from home while spending 3 days a week in our office to build strong connections with your peers.
