Job description
As an AIM Dispatcher, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all accounts while scheduling company drivers to service customers. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires the ability to problem solve and will provide the chance for learning every day.
What you're responsible for:
- Distributing and coordinating customer service calls.
- Communicating between scale operators, yard operations and drivers.
- Directing trucks and providing detailed feedback to scale on quality of material.
- Monitoring driver hours within provincial compliance regulations.
- Tracking incoming and outgoing orders
- Planning efficient routes based on customer pickup requests
- Ensuring safe operation processes and procedures are followed
To join our team:
- You have 2+ years of fleet dispatching experience.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- You have strong customer service skills with a high level of professionalism.
- You are able to work independently and maintain strong attention to detail.
- You are comfortable performing in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while multitasking.
- You have knowledge of MTO regulations, border crossing procedures and documentation, and truck/trailer combinations.

This role offers a competitive compensation package with an annual salary range of CAD $60,000–70,000.
