Job description

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in Wisconsin. Our clinic integrates chiropractic and physical therapy services to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, delivering hands-on care, and supporting patients in achieving meaningful functional improvements.

  • Provide treatment to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training activities
  • Perform manual therapy techniques as directed, including soft tissue work and mobility-based interventions
  • Assist with balance training, strengthening programs, and mobility progression
  • Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Document treatments accurately and in a timely manner within the EMR system
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and reinforce care plans
  • Collaborate with chiropractors and therapy team to support integrated patient care
  • Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant license (required)
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary settings preferred
  • Strong communication and patient engagement skills
  • Ability to follow plan of care and provide consistent, high-quality treatment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
