Delivery Driver(06281)

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Northglenn! As a Delivery Driver based at our 530 Malley Drive location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers.

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages and goods to designated locations
• Load and unload packages with care, ensuring proper handling of all items
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to maximize efficiency
• Use our APP and GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery routes
• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, addressing any concerns or questions
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any incidents
• Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Collect and process payments when required
• Assist with organizing and managing inventory in the delivery vehicle

 

• You must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no major traffic violations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse clientele.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in delivery records and documentation.
• Proven reliability and punctuality with a consistent attendance record.
• Previous delivery, driving, or logistics experience preferred.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems, mobile applications, and route optimization technology is a plus.
• Knowledge of local area geography and traffic patterns preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills for processing payments, calculating mileage, and managing delivery records accurately.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to company policies and safety standards.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to perform routine checks such as tire pressure, fluid levels, and light functionality.
• Experience with cash handling and payment processing systems preferred.
