The Executive Assistant – Far East Marketing delivers distinguished administrative excellence to the Senior Vice President of the Far East Marketing division, ensuring the seamless operation of their respective teams and serving as a refined liaison for departmental coordination and strategic administrative initiatives.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Delivers comprehensive administrative excellence to the Far East Marketing Department, orchestrating sophisticated office procedures and maintaining exemplary workflow while remaining responsive to the nuanced needs of departmental operations.
- Cultivates refined professional relationships with staff, exercising the highest level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive materials.
- Prepares polished spreadsheets, presentations, correspondence, and compiles comprehensive reports synthesizing information from multiple sources for strategic project assignments.
- Manages executive communications with distinguished professionalism and precision, ensuring timely and appropriate routing of all correspondence.
- Resolves guest concerns with exceptional grace and elevated customer service standards, ensuring detailed and accurate incident documentation reaches appropriate staff.
- Orchestrates sophisticated meeting arrangements and coordinates reservations, data management, and guest requests through company systems with meticulous attention to detail.
- Curates scheduling excellence for Casino Host and Casino Marketing Specialists teams, providing comprehensive systems training and seamless onboarding of new Casino Marketing Team Members.
- Curates departmental resources, maintains training materials, and remains informed of enterprise-wide initiatives through continuous professional development.
- Manages multiple strategic priorities simultaneously to meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-caliber settings while supporting Independent Agent, and Far East Marketing Administration programs.
- Executes strategic initiatives, anticipates sophisticated administrative needs, ensures timely follow-up, and fulfills additional responsibilities as directed by department leadership.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent credential
- Advanced education or specialized training in luxury hospitality, premium marketing, or executive administration is highly valued
- Minimum of three (3) years of distinguished experience in an executive administrative support, preferably within luxury hospitality, premium gaming, or high-caliber customer service environments
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and English languages is essential
Demonstrated excellence in reading, analyzing, and interpreting sophisticated business documents, including policy manuals, strategic correspondence, and executive communications. Exceptional ability to engage in nuanced dialogue with distinguished clientele and colleagues. Mastery in composing refined written correspondence and presenting information with eloquence in both individual and group settings
Licensing, Certifications, and Professional Requirements
- Minimum age of twenty-one years
- Valid Nevada Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness Certification required prior to appointment
