Capital Projects Analyst

Reporting to the National Property and Projects Manager, the Capital Project Analyst-South will support the delivery of Capital Projects and Programme across Uisce Éireann. The purpose of this role is to support the delivery a highly effective Facilities Capital Projects Management Service to Uisce Éireann from conception through to completion. This will mean providing an efficient service and that key relationships both internally and externally are maximised, while working to achieve Uisce Éireann’s drivers and objectives. The role will support monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the overall financial performance of Facilities Portfolio against Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) budgets and Regulatory funding allowances. The role will work closely with other teams within Facilities as well as Finance and Supply Chain.
