Assistant Facilities Manager

The Assistant Facility Manager supports the Facilities Manager in overseeing daily facility operations across both hard and soft services. This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendors, administering CMMS processes, and supporting procurement and compliance requirements. The Assistant Facility Manager ensures that all services are delivered efficiently, safely, and aligned with contractual and operational standards. To support effective coordination with the 2nd shift soft services crew, this role may require some hybrid or adjusted hours.
