Sterile Processing Technician

Sterile Processing Technician at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Full-time and will work8-hour, Evening shifts. Responsible for decontamination, cleaning, processing and sterilizing of re-usable instruments and trays use hospital-wide. Pulls instruments and supplies for OR case carts. Demonstrates a clear understanding of decontamination procedures and risk of cross contamination, aseptic technique, sterilization methods and sterility assurance. Is aware of the importance of strict attention to detail in all areas including but not limited to the functionality of all instrumentation.
