The Head of Assets Management will lead the asset management function, ensuring optimal financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment with the group’s vision. Drive value creation across owned hospitality assets across the group (CSD, Realty & NMDPL). The role will focus on leveraging data-driven insights to enhance asset value, oversee pre-opening activities, and manage brand partnerships of hospitality assets, contributing to the business unit’s growth.
