MANAGER IN TRAINING

The Manager in Training (MIT) position at AutoZone is a transitional leadership role designed to prepare individuals for Retail Store Management. With a focus on Live The Pledge and delivering WOW! Customer Service, MITs engage in hands-on training to develop leadership, operational, and customer service expertise. Within 8-12 weeks, MITs can progress into management based on their experience and performance, playing a key role in driving store execution and team success.
