You as a Junior Graphic Designer will:

• Work with the Pursuit Marketing department to develop tools and projects that add value and consistency to visual standards across EllisDon.

• Provide graphic design support for proposal, business development, and marketing packages. This will involve working with the Pursuit Marketing department and EllisDon teams to ensure that graphic design is effectively integrated on assigned projects.

• Support the design, presentation, and production of information documents to ensure visual clarity and consistency with corporate brand standards. This will involve the creation, formatting, and layout of creative package artwork, information graphics, response document templates, presentations, proposals, and marketing packages.

• Develop and maintain effective schedules and processes to ensure that design assignments are thoroughly managed, produced, and delivered on time.

Is this the right role for you?

• You have 1+ years of graphic design experience (can include co-op/internship experience), and a compelling portfolio.

• You have a degree / diploma in graphic design or have equivalent experience.

• You have a strong design sensibility and pay particular attention to the visual layout, clarity and consistency of information.

• You have strong process skills involving the efficient scheduling, coordination, and execution of complex design projects under challenging timelines.

• You are flexible and open to multi-tasking within compressed timeframes.

• You are well-versed with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (specifically Word and PowerPoint). Experience with editorial design and/or digital design is an asset

• The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000.
