Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal and tactical marketing campaigns (e.g. Christmas, summer, key events)
- Create and manage an annual venue marketing calendar aligned with central brand and sales strategies
- Act as the primary marketing contact for venue teams, supporting:
- Social media content
- Email campaigns (e-shots)
- Website updates
- Third-party listings
- Drive sales enablement and lead generation campaigns
- Work closely with venue sales teams to support conversion
- Produce and manage marketing collateral and content creation
- Coordinate and attend photoshoots where required
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers (designers, printers, agencies)
- Ensure all marketing materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards
- Support client relationships and attend meetings when required
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, events, or multi-site environments
- Strong campaign planning and execution skills
- Confident copywriter with excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects
- Commercially aware with a focus on driving revenue
- Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
