POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Outsourcing and Logistics Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of keeping things moving—ensuring outsourcing orders are accurately managed in our systems and quickly resolving outbound logistics issues in close collaboration with carriers and the shipping analyst. You’ll partner across sales, production teams, and a wide network of outsourcing partners to drive a smooth, efficient purchase order to customer delivery process. Your work will have a direct impact on timely fulfillment and an outstanding customer experience, helping us consistently raise the bar on customer satisfaction.

Note: This is a full-time contractor position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter and process information into our systems with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Support the sales team for timely placement of orders with multiple outsource partners.
- Track and monitor the orders placed with the vendors and be responsible for the end to end cycle until the order is fulfilled and delivered to the customer.
- Assist with month end vendor delivery performance tracking and margin discrepancies reporting by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Review and verify data for any errors or deficiencies, promptly correcting any issues and ensuring overall accuracy.
- Assist with data entry and analysis tasks to expedite the processes
- Deliver outstanding customer service by utilizing excellent business email etiquette.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of our products' capabilities and limitations to ensure accurate and satisfactory orders.
- Accountable to gather customer tax ID /information needed to enable smooth submission for customs paperwork. Valuable in improving customer service.
- Manage relations with Fedex service and customs agents for seamless delivery operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS & CHARACTERISTICS
- A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in online order entry or customer support roles.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and online collaboration tools.
- Reliable and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing high volumes of tasks and inquiries, including order processing.
- Strong analytical, creative, and practical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work effectively with multiple vendors and products for outsourcing.
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor coordination, along with familiarity with Incoterms, payment terms, and purchase order management, is considered an asset
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a proactive mindset toward identifying and improving operational processes and workflows.
- Capable of effectively working within a team structure - we need a team player!
- Available full-time Monday to Friday, for shifts between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time), with flexibility if required.
