Job description

EVENTS NETWORK

Support the regional team in executing event properties that are globally relevant.

Develop the necessary guidelines and tools, in collaboration with programming and booking counterparts, to enable on-strategy execution of titled events within the territory.

Leverage your existing network to help execute events, maintaining up-to-date relationships with your vendor network, from fabricators to sound providers.

Lead the process of defining and evaluating success across all titled “Big Moments” by facilitating project kick-offs, postmortems, and recap sessions.

Serve as the branding expert across the events network, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the Red Bull brand is communicated consistently and appropriately.

Lead cross-departmental alignment with On-Premise Sales to ensure clear ways of working across the entire events network.

Keep the can front and center through authentic and credible integrations in all activities.

EFFICIENT PLANNING AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION

Manage an external network of production and creative partners to ensure the highest-quality execution across our events portfolio, including leading the RFP and RFI processes and conducting vendor performance reviews.

Drive innovation within project management systems across the events network, and communicate recommendations for change to the Director, Culture Events & Booking.

Share best practices and lessons learned from flagship event executions with the goals of increasing efficiency and inspiring innovation.

Serve as a ticketing expert, supporting a cross-functional team of stakeholders to ensure the events network fully leverages opportunities for data analysis and incremental revenue.

Support the Communications team in achieving optimal media outcomes.

EFFECTIVE COLLABORATION AND MANAGEMENT

Establish trust and accountability for the culture program at all levels of the organization by building strong cross-functional relationships and effective ways of working.

Lead the Regional Culture Event Managers, consistently providing feedback to elevate overall event execution as well as individual skill sets.

Deliver appropriate training, in coordination with the Director of Culture Events and Booking, to continually enhance the skills of the Culture teams.

5–7 years of event management experience, preferably overseeing a network of events across multiple markets

3–5 years of experience producing music or dance events, preferably with a strong understanding of live music venue operations

3–5 years of agency and/or direct brand marketing experience working with branded events

Alignment with the mission of Red Bull Social

Innovative and passionate about programming and supporting individuals who drive positive change in their communities

Thorough understanding of event production, marketing, and logistics

Proven track record of strong planning, organizational, and project management skills

Demonstrated ability to implement innovative practices that involve calculated risk-taking

Ability to execute ideas with a focus on quantitative metrics to achieve brand goals

Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and clear, effective speaking

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $85,360 - 128,040 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
