We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to focus on lead generation and conversion for Nidra Therapy, supporting individuals living with Restless Legs Syndrome. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building pipeline, engaging new prospects, and converting interest into qualified customers.
The ideal candidate is proactive, metrics-driven, and comfortable owning the top-of-funnel through close in a high-activity sales environment.
Schedule: Aligned to Eastern or Central Time Zone business hours
Location: Remote; preference for candidates based in the Midwest or Eastern time zones
Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads through outbound outreach (calls, email, text, and digital channels)
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and convert leads into active sales opportunities
- Educate prospective customers on Nidra Therapy and guide them through the decision-making process
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and conversion targets (calls, appointments, conversions)
- Manage and track all sales activities within Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and patient access teams to optimize lead flow and conversion strategies
- Provide feedback on messaging, campaigns, and lead quality to improve overall funnel performance
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of inside sales or lead generation experience (B2C or B2B)
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach
- Proven ability to convert leads into customers in a structured sales environment
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Compensation:
- $65,000 annualized base (hourly structure)
- Bonus: $3,500 OTE per quarter ($14,000 annual OTE)
Employment Structure:
- This role will begin as a temp-to-hire engagement, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time employee based on performance and business needs
