We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Inside Sales Associate to join our team, focused on high-volume customer communication in a call center environment. This role is responsible for guiding prospective customers through the sales process for Nidra Therapy, supporting individuals living with Restless Legs Syndrome.

This position requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment, is comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, and is driven to deliver a positive and supportive customer experience.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Location: Open to remote candidates; preference for West Coast candidates or those able to consistently work PST hours

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and chats with prospective customers
  • Educate customers on Nidra Therapy and how it compares to traditional treatment options
  • Guide customers through the sales process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
  • Handle objections effectively and support customers in making informed decisions
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer care, and patient access teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and opportunities to improve the sales and patient journey

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or call center environment (healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or consumer products preferred)
  • Strong phone presence and ability to manage high call volume efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Proven ability to handle objections and close sales in a structured environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

Compensation:

  • $36.06 per hour (equivalent to ~$60,000 annually)
  • No bonus or commission structure
