Job Title: Drupal Developer

Location: Washington, DC (Union Station)

Duration: Dec 31st 2017 (potential to extend)

Hourly Rate: $45-50/hour

Job Description:

· Experience with PHP, Web Interface Design, connecting web front-ends to back-end databases and systems, and object-oriented software design practices.

· Drupal custom module development

· Experience using Web APIs

· Experience using client side Java Script libraries such as AngularJS, Knockout and Backbone.js, use of jQuery and AJAX , XHTML, CSS and cross browser compatibility.

· Ability to understand requirements, design and perform technical systems analysis and support technology users at all levels, is required.

· Experience with version control systems and collaborative team-based development.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Knowledge of Agile software development methods and DevOps approach is desired.

Must haves:

· Hand coding in PHP

· Custom Drupal module development

NICE TO HAVES:

· web forms

· web services

· XML

· MySQL (they have database developers who will be doing most of this support when migrated)
