About the Role

Are you someone who loves interacting with people, organizing exciting workplace initiatives, and creating great employee experiences? We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented HR Intern to join our team and support initiatives focused on employee engagement and seamless onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

 Create engaging employee experiences

  • Assist in planning and executing creative employee engagement programs and initiatives.

  • Organize fun workplace events, team activities, and engagement campaigns that go beyond routine celebrations.

 Support smooth onboarding journeys

  • Help manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.

  • Coordinate documentation, orientation sessions, and induction activities.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure every new employee has a seamless start.

 Drive communication & culture

  • Support internal communication for HR initiatives and engagement activities.

  • Collect employee feedback and help implement improvements to enhance workplace experience.

  • Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and vibrant work culture.

 Stay organized and efficient

  • Maintain onboarding trackers, engagement records, and HR documentation.

  • Assist the HR team in managing multiple engagement initiatives simultaneously.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field

  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  •  A proactive, energetic, and extroverted personality

  •  Ability to multitask and manage multiple activities effectively

  •  Good organizational and coordination skills

  •  Comfortable interacting with employees across different teams and levels

 

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience in organizing corporate events, workshops, or team-building activities.

  • Knowledge of HR policies and onboarding processes.

  • Familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms.

Requirements

  • Prior experience handling office setups or relocations is a strong plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and admin reporting tools.
  • High ownership, problem-solving ability, and service-oriented mindset.
