Role:

Manage one or multiple teams of designers and QAs to deliver product-ready assets for digital and print media.
Communicate with different clients to understand project requirements and effectively transition them to the team.
Set up processes for timely and efficient delivery.
Identify gaps and implement solutions.
Understand training requirements for the team and implement them.
Expected to operate with complete independence, reporting status, barriers, and outcomes of work.
Ensure delivery quality across the entire system.
Maintain high standards of output.
Expected to manage 1-2 geographies based on the scale of operations.
Responsible for gathering client feedback and maintaining client satisfaction.

Establish best practices within the team and educate others about design.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Play a critical role in onboarding and implementing new geographies.
Ability to guide and mentor Graphic designer & Team Leads.

Requirements:

8-10 years of experience managing teams and projects independently in a creative or agency environment.
Strong understanding of the creative process, digital, and print media production requirements.
Proficiency in various project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong expertise in layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and iconography.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and answer inquiries.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills for handling financial data.
