PE Mechanical Design Engineer/电力电子机械设计工程师_PS_RBCW

• Responsible for mech, concept study, requirement analysis and SOR development,
• Responsible for mech. structure design related to power module layout , EMC shielding and other electronic rules compliance (creeping distance, insulation distance, dimension-chain calculation, screw torque check, sealing evalaution), and change management follow internal requirement
• Responsible for catalog parts sourcing and selection (e.g. connectors)
• Responsible for 2D , 3D drawings and process related development
• Responsible for mechanic. simulation(FEA)
• Prepare related products FAM, DFMA, DFMEA, DRBFM
• Responsible for technical review and communication with customers and suppliers(TSD)
• Responsible for cost evaluation, contribution for RPP fulfillment
• Benchmarking market leading players solutions, evaluate the cost reduction solutions
• Support mechanical tasks in testing samples
• Support quality department to solve outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issues;

1. Master degree or above in Mechanic design/Electronics/Electrical, etc.

2. Experience in power electronics mech. development for automotive motor controller

3. Knowledge on electronics, electrical, mechanics, auto-control

4. Basic understanding of automotive components and control system

5. Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit

6. English written and verbal

7. Willingness to work and interact in international teams
