Sr. Product Manager(Assembly technology)_DCCS

• Understand local conveyor market, collect market and competitor information of target industry, and regularly submit relevant reports and progress.

  理解本土输送线市场, 收集目标行业的市场及竞争对手信息，定期提交相关报告及行动方案；

• Responsible for product definition according to customer requirement, market research, technical feasibility and cost/ performance and business case.

  基于客户需求，市场调研，技术可行性和成本/性能等因素，负责产品定义和商务方案；

• Daily produt management work and scheudle follow-up in order to fullfill time-to marekt.

  日常产品管理工作和进度计划跟踪，按时发布产品；

• Develop product market launch plan, support marketing promotion and product sales ramp-up.

  制定产品市场投放计划，协助市场推广和产品销售提升计划;

• Support sales and marketing with the product knowledge and technical expertise.

  为销售及市场提供产品及技术支持；

• Data analysis for prduct insights, Cost-optimzaion and basic finicianal knowledge

  具有基于产品分析数据，成本优化和基本的财务知识。

• Bachelor’s degree or above, 5 years’ experience in industry product management.

  本科学历或以上，5年工业产品管理经验;

• Familiar with industry products, preferable transfer system and assembly technology, focusing on pallet transfer conveyors technology.

  熟悉工业产品，偏向输送系统和组装技术，聚焦于托盘输送技术;

• Good marketing sense and Knowledge or work background in Automotive /EV-battery Assembly technology is preferred.

  良好的市场认知，了解汽车工业/新能源组装技术知识或工作背景优先考虑;

• Positive work attitude, good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

  积极的工作态度，具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；

• Have good English reading, writing and oral communication.  

  具有良好的英文读写及口语交流的能力。
