职位内容

• 与博世具体需求相结合，强化学习（RL）技术来推动视觉语言模型（VLM）、底盘系统和复杂优化问题的创新和效率提升

Responsibilities

• Conduct reserach in reinforcement learning （RL）, deep learning, and optimization.
• Closely collaborate with researchers from top insititutions in China, push the completion and application of research projects, and apply for relevant patents.
• Actively follow frontiers of research, extensively explore viable research ideas and applications, and verify prototypes.

我们希望你：

• 有较强的编程能力，熟练掌握PyTorch等主流框架。有相关项目经历者优先。
• 流利的英语听说读写能力，有海外经历者优先
• 博士学位，专业为计算机、人工智能、控制工程、应用数学、物理或其他理工科等相关专业的博士。
• 在顶尖期刊或会议上发表过论文者

Requirements

• Strong programming skills, proficiency in mainstream deep learning frameworks, experience in relevant projects is a plus.
• Fluency in English, including listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Doctorate degree in computer science, AI, control engineering, applied mathematics, physics, or other STEM majors.
• Publications in top journals or conferences.
