Job description

► Planning of production for new projects, Try outs, 0-series ► Creating time schedules and production plans including lot sizes with Logistic department ► Evaluating in-house and external production ► Planning and documenting work steps, workflows and procedures ► Creating work and process instructions, as well as changeover and TPM instructions ► Supporting running production in keeping customer and quality targets ► Comparing target and actual performance of capacities in general (e.g. manufacturing times), and defining optimization steps ► Finding alternatives and calculating investment costs ► Planning production, procurement of necessary material, tooling and equipment ► Revising technical documentation and technical requirements ► Optimizing process steps and examining new production methods ► Planning and executing production trials, changeover workshops ► Planning and controlling installations of new lines and modifications on existing machines ► Coordinating activities with all involved departments (mainly Logistic, Technical and Quality Department) ► Coordinating activities with external suppliers (machine, tooling and material suppliers) ► Leading projects for continuous improvement according CIP systematic

► VI-VII level of degree (Mechanical or Electrical) ► Strong technical background ► Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience ► Knowledge and qualifications in FMEA method ► Knowledge of LEAN methodology ► Good command of CAD ► Knowledge of SAP ► English language knowledge both written and spoken
