Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to support a federal government program responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing documentation, training materials, and operational content for a large-scale healthcare and digital services environment. This role requires strong experience producing high-quality technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with government standards and supporting both system documentation and end-user training initiatives. The Technical Writer will work across multiple program tasks, with a balanced focus on formal documentation and user enablement content.
