Job description

Key Responsibilities

Record supplier invoices and verify accuracy against purchase orders.

Process payments and maintain up-to-date supplier accounts.

Reconcile payables and prepare monthly reports.

Assist in VAT and compliance documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,, or related field.

2–4 years of proven experience in payables accounting (retail or trading sector preferred).

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
